COYA Dubai is welcoming the start of the UAE’s blissful cooler months by introducing some thrilling new elements to its 360-degree immersive Peruvian lifestyle experience. Brunch goers are invited to dance and mingle their way through the explosive new after-brunch party at luxury club chanca by COYA, while weekdays are livened up with the iconic COYA Dubai Business Lunch and Fin de Semana provides more unforgettable and relaxed Friday and Sunday afternoon dining voyages.
Colleagues, friends and family members are invited to elevate their lunch time by indulging in COYA Dubai’s legendary Business Lunch.
Presenting a special curated set menu of COYA’s most delicious and authentic Peruvian specialties, the experience offers two sumptuous courses for just AED 130 per person.
Ideal for business meetings or catching up with friends, each diner is welcome to indulge in two delicate appetisers, such as Croquetas de Lubina (Chilean sea bass croquettes), Baos con Res Wagyu (Wagyu short rib in mantoubaos with aji amarillo) and Hongos Ceviche (wild mushrooms, choclo shallots and crispy enoki).
Following these elegant palate pleasers, guests are then asked to select one sumptuous main, including a choice of Pollo a la Parrilla (corn-fed baby chicken with aji panca and coriander), Salmón a la Brasa (salmon fillet, stir-fry quinoa, soy and green vegetables) and Costillas de Res (Beef ribs, miso and aji limo) and many more delectable options.
The COYA Business Lunch is available Monday to Thursday from 12.30pm to 3.30pm, for AED 130 per person.
Fin de Semana
COYA Dubai is inviting food connoisseurs to celebrate the weekend with an exquisite Peruvian dining experience.
Fin de Semana is a tantalising Friday and Sunday afternoon experience filled with incredible bites. Offering a four-course culinary journey, guests are invited to relish in COYA Dubai’s signature ambiance, mouth-watering dishes and unbeatable downtown views.
The stylish affair kicks off with a soup and a choice of two appetisers from a tempting selection of light bites. The menu spans salmon tacos, cucumber and apple salad, mixed seafood ceviche, wild mushroom ceviche, kale salad, corn salad, wagyu beef baos, tuna maki rolls, chicken skewers and more.
Meanwhile, guests can sample true Peruvian excellence through the choice of COYA Dubai trademark main courses. Guests are invited to choose one dish from a choice of slow-cooked beef ribs, grilled corn-fed baby chicken, salmon with miso or crispy potatoes with spicy tomatoes. Or, if diners fancy staying true to the theme and really going large for the weekend, they can also opt to try the premium plates of Peruvian potato and mushroom, Chilean sea bass rice, and spicy beef fillet for an extra cost.
Finally, as the journey comes to a close, diners can start their evening on a sweet note by choosing between the divinely decadent chocolate fondant, chicha morada and churros platter.
But the fun doesn’t stop there. Complimenting this feast for the senses and helping friends to unwind and relax, an array of à la carte unlimited wines, beers, speciality beverages and signature mixed drinks, such as Aperol Spritz, Tommy’s Margarita, Whisky Sour, Peach Chilcano, Nitrotini and Moscow Mule, can also be enjoyed.
The Fin de Semana menu is available every Friday from 2.30pm to 4pm and Sunday from 12:30pm to 3:30pm, priced AED 230 per person for the set menu. Drinks are available on an à la carte basis.
After Brunch at chanca
COYA Dubai is delighted to move its lively after party to chanca, Dubai’s hottest new night spot.
Every Saturday, once the vibrant brunch has concluded within the recently revamped COYA Dubai restaurant, the COYA MUSIC resident DJ will move the party over to chanca from 4-7pm. A sophisticated ultra lounge and club, chanca is perfect for both early evening drinks and late-night parties.
Uniting brunch goers and outside guests, the tunes will continue to flow as bottle service is provided directly to the tables.
The After Brunch party at chanca takes place every Saturday from 4pm to 7pm. Limited availability, table reservations are highly recommended.
