Chef Heinz Beck to launch enhanced Sociale Saturday Brunch at Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah

Culinary enthusiasts can meet the master of gastronomy and enjoy new dishes with amped up premium ingredients at Social by Heinz Beck

Chef Heinz Beck, the award-winning chef patron of three-Michelin-starred La Pergola in Rome, will be launching a new enhanced menu at Social by Heinz Beck for its popular Saturday brunch, Sociale, during his visit to Dubai on Saturday 9th October.

Culinary enthusiasts will have the opportunity to meet the master of gastronomy himself and enjoy traditional Italian family-style dishes with new amped up premium ingredients, featuring oysters, truffle, caviar, and foie gras.

The revamped brunch will take place between 1:00pm to 4:00pm every Saturday, with prices starting from 400AED per person, inclusive of soft beverages, and 600AED per person for bespoke beverages, inclusive of selected classic Italian cocktails, wines, and beers.

Head Chef Francesco Acquaviva, who leads the culinary team at this popular restaurant, will be working in collaboration with Chef Heinz Beck, creating new innovative cuisine for which the restaurant is known.

Some highlights of the brunch menu include delectable homemade suppli, beef tartare with black truffle, seared tuna with avocado and sesame, and a fine de claire oyster platter. The new menu also boasts a selection of pasta, including black truffle risotto, spaghetti with lemon and caviar, and the top selling fagotelli carbonara.

For the mains, guest can relish in an array of mouthwatering dishes, including seared scallop with green peas and truffle, beef tenderloin “Rossini”, and tiger prawns accompanied by a fennel and orange salad. To end on a sweet note, diners can share a delicious raspberry 1.1, milky way, and chocolate sable with caramel ice cream.

Adding to the ambience and completing this relaxing afternoon experience, guests can sit back and listen to melodies spun by a local DJ. The renowned restaurant is the perfect spot for diners looking to socialise with friends and family, while enjoying exquisite culinary delights.
